Believe is all about educating and empowering you to live the best life you can so that you can achieve your ultimate happy. I recognised some years ago that in order for me to move forward in my life, I needed to start tuning into my heart to hear its voice and to tune out of my mind chatter. The mind's chatter or ego for me was ignited by fear; fear of the unknown, fear of change. Mindfulness can take many forms, but I decided I wanted to try meditation. I didn't know how or where to begin and I was getting frustrated - that was until I spoke with my dear friend Mindy Arbuckle. Who better to have as my guest than the wonderful lady who helped get me started. Mindy Arbuckle is a mindful entrepreneur. She's the founder of Matri Yoga in Westminster, Colorado in the US and she is the creator of uplifting prayer beads. In addition to yoga classes, Mindy offers teacher training workshops and performs private healing work. Mindy improves the lives of her clients by bringing openness to their bodies, minds, hearts and spirits.Listen
